1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pilwin ("pilwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pilwin online gaming platform available at pilwin.vip (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a pilwin account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. pilwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the pilwin Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all pilwin accounts:

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active pilwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. pilwin employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pilwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pilwin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pilwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pilwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pilwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. pilwin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pilwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels for Philippine players:

• GCash (primary e-wallet)
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card (where supported)

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the pilwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pilwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on pilwin is ₱100. pilwin reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements. pilwin aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as part of pilwin's anti-money laundering controls.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6.2 Malfunction Policy

6.3 Disconnection Policy

pilwin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the round will be completed according to the game's auto-completion rules where applicable.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the pilwin Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. pilwin reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pilwin Platform without the prior written consent of pilwin. Any unauthorized use of pilwin's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pilwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

pilwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pilwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy and Data

pilwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pilwin implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and pilwin cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12. Termination

pilwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, pilwin reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any required investigation.

You may close your pilwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending transactions and KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

14. Amendments

pilwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pilwin will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pilwin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
